Homemade Whipped Cream

Redi-Whip definitely has a place in this world, especially on college campuses--the quick pillowy sugar-fix expanding in your mouth with just a simple tilt of the nozzle--no dirty dishes, no time wasted, no skill required, no special equipment needed! Done!

But, pure homemade whipped cream can only be replaced to a certain degree with a pressurized can--real whipped cream adds something special to your tastebuds and desserts! Especially if you have baked an incredible dessert, finish it right!

Leftovers are great for hot chocolate or coffee or a bowl of fresh fruit or ice cream. If you are a coffee lover, make a cup of 'Kaffee Mit Schlag' as they do in Austria and Germany for an afternoon break!
